Meet Devon KingWe are so very proud of our graduating Calculus Roundtable Fellow, Devon King.
Devon attended San Jose St. University, and majored in Electrical Engineering. Devon worked on three projects for us, the Bay Area Black Youth Techathon, Alameda County Juvenile Justice Center and summer school space camp at Community School for Creative Education. Devon managed the whole gambit from coordinating our Techathon finals in Silicon Valley, to teaching young 3rd & 4th graders how to code in Oakland, to teaching and serving as a role model for incarcerated youth in San Leandro, to being our technical liaison for our visitor from NASA’s Ames Research Center. That's a lot, in two years! Devon now has his first real job, as research assistant for the San Jose State Research Foundation. We wish Mr. King well and good luck on his life long adventures. |
